St David’s School is committed to providing high-quality products and services. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds and returns are accepted for items purchased through our website, including school merchandise and school lunch bookings.

2. Returns and Refunds for Merchandise

2.1 Eligible Items: Items such as book bags and other school merchandise can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. We understand that sometimes items may no longer be needed, and we are happy to accept returns under these conditions.

2.2 Defective Products: If an item you have purchased is found to be defective, you may return it for a replacement or a full refund. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange the return of the defective item. We will cover the cost of return shipping for defective products.

2.3 Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our school office team with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of our receipt of the returned item, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

3. Refunds for School Lunch Bookings

3.1 Cancellation and Refund Policy: Refunds for school lunch bookings are available up until the Wednesday prior to the week the lunch is scheduled. After this time, we are unable to provide refunds due to the advance preparation required for meal planning.

3.2 How to Request a Refund: To cancel a lunch booking and request a refund, please contact us by email or through the online booking system by Wednesday of the week before the lunch is booked. Refunds will be processed within 10 working days, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment.
